The Lord Line Education and Employment Campus at St Andrew's Quay

This development will offer a dedicated maritime educational campus with superior research, training and teaching facilities. The existing buildings, including the landmark historic Lord Line trawler company office, will be transformed by an imaginative and sympathetic regeneration.

600,000ft² of existing buildings sit within a 14 acre site which will offer working accommodation for up to 3000 staff and students and office facilities on a campus close to the city centre, with associated high quality student accommodation, on a prime site adjacent to the river Humber.

The existing dock area will offer a central safe waterside destination within landscaped grounds incorporating an area of contemplation. At the outer bullnose a refurbished remembrance area commemorating the fishing heritage of the city and incorporating the existing Royal Antediluvian Order of the Buffalo memorial to lost seamen.
